Main Electrical System and Emergency Generator Replacement, CC, Phase 1

The scope of services includes removal and disposal of an existing diesel generator, automatic transfer switch, and underground storage tank per regulatory requirements, associated earth work and road paving, and associated patch and repair in generator room; the addition of a new natural gas generator; the addition of a diesel generator on a structural concrete foundation and associated ATS and mobile generator connection cabinet; adding removable concrete bollards around both generators; removing/replacing the main emergency distribution panel; upgrades to the main electrical room including new doors, a new distribution transformer, and firestopping; re-feeding existing loads to the emergency system and the addition of emergency receptacles, branch-circuit panels and transformers in multiple campus locations; and commissioning of new systems and equipment. All construction work will adhere to PPCC standards and scheduling requirements, including after-hours work.
