Franklin Street Improvements

The project consists of corridor improvements on SR 3011, Franklin Street in the City of Johnstown, Cambria County. The project begins at SR 3011 Segment 0050 Offset 0782 and continues to the end of the S.R. 3011 Segment 0050 Offset 3381 at the intersection of SR 0403, Valley Pike, and continues along S.R. 0403 to Segment 0110 Offset 0266, the project terminus.
