The rehabilitation of the existing 54-inch diameter Waukegan Effluent Force main (F3) at three (3) locations by means of Carbon Fiber Reinforced Polymer (CFRP) installations as indicated on the Plans. The existing force main pipe consists of prestressed concrete cylinder pipe (PCCP). This work includes dewatering and cleaning of the existing force main
