| Description | Purpose. This Request for Proposal (RFP) is to establish a contract to provide janitorial services and housekeeping duties for The Minnesota Interagency Fire Center (MIFC), located at 402 SE 11th Street, Grand Rapids, MN 55744. Questions. Any questions or clarifications in regard to the solicitation response shall be made in writing to Erin Snaza at erin.snaza@state.mn.us. If a Responder discovers any significant ambiguity, error, conflict, discrepancy, omission, or other deficiency in the solicitation, the Responder must immediately notify the Acquisition Management Specialist/Buyer in writing of such error and request modification or clarification of the document. All questions should be submitted no later than 2:00 PM on Thursday, September 22, 2022. The State is not obligated to answer questions submitted after the questions/clarifications due date and time. Responders are not to contact anyone within any other State Agency regarding this solicitation. |
