Flooring & Tile (Tile/ Soft/ Resilient) 14. Division 10 Specialties (Materials) 15. Plumbing Systems 16. HVAC Systems 17. Electrical/ Lighting Systems 18. Fire Alarm Systems 19. Fire Sprinkler System 20. Metal Lockers and Benches 21. Signage 22. Equipment 23 Telescoping Stands 24. Landscaping & Irrigation Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud following the time stated above. Bids received more than ninety-six (96) hours, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, before the time set for opening bids, as well as bids received after the time set for opening bids, will not be considered and will be returned unopened. For bids in excess of$50,000.00, a Cashiers Check, certified check, or surety bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid shall accompany the sealed proposal of each bidder. No Bids may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing time for receipt of Bids for a period of at least forty-five (45) days. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Although a firm timeline for construction has not been determined, construction is not expected to commence prior to December 2022 with site utilities and concrete foundations.
