| Description | The Litchfield Elementary School District wishes to construct a bus loop at Wigwam Creek Middle School, 4510 N 127th Ave, Litchfield Park (County Island). Bus Loop per plans and specifications. Including, but not limited to: Grading & Drainage, Fire Line, Concrete, Asphalt, Signage, Landscape, Fencing, Survey, General Conditions, Utility Locating Services, Inspections, Materials Testing (including proctors), Bond, and Traffic Control. Landscape irrigation shall be reconfigured as needed to provide full turf watering coverage at completion of project (not shown in plans). Include 4” PVC sleeving where irrigation must cross the new bus loop. Minimum 3 crossings (south, center and north before turn around). A full project schedule is to be provided prior to work commencing. Contractor to provide detailed safety plan with measures taken to protect staff, students, and the public during construction to the owner prior to starting work. Weekly update emails are to be provided to District to include: construction status, schedule, two week look ahead. | ||||||
