Fence Replacement and Installation

Provide the necessary labor, supervision, materials, equipment, and supplies to satisfactorily replace fencing material in two (2) baseball fields and install one section of fencing in one (1) T-Ball Field at the Oldsmar Sports Complex, located at 3120 Tampa Road in Oldsmar, Florida. Additionally, install fencing which includes gates at the Dog Park, located in Sheffield Park at 1923 Cutty Bay Court, Oldsmar, Florida. Fence Replacement and Installation Bid Bond None Questions regarding this bid should be submitted in writing to Kathryn Farrelly, Procurement Analyst, at purchasing@myoldsmar.com. All questions must be submitted by 5:00 PM local time on Friday, March 31, 2023. Sealed bids shall be in an envelope bearing the Bid Submittal Label provided in the Bid document and submitted on proposal forms as provided in Section V (or exact copies thereof). The City requires that a MARKED ORIGINAL and TWO (2) paper copies and ONE (1) pdf format electronic copy of the bid proposal forms be submitted for review. The City of Oldsmar reserves the right to waive any informality or to accept or reject any or all bids in part or in total.
