Notice is hereby given that MADISON COUNTY COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT, through the Weatherization program is soliciting HVAC CONTRACTORS / PLUMBERS / ELECTRICIANS interested in contracting for HVAC RETROFIT in residential homes within the County. Madison County Weatherization will review Pre-Qualified packages and inform Contractors of their status. All qualified contractors will attend a Market Analysis meeting at 9:00 a.m. on September 12, 2022 at Madison County Administration Building, 157 N. Main St, Room 309. As the market fluctuates Madison County Weatherization reserves the right to re-evaluate prices throughout the 12 month period. All requirements of funding must be met by the Contractors including, but not limited to, Prevailing Wage Act requirements specifically developed by the Department of Labor for the Department of Energy's Weatherization Program. MADISON COUNTY reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, or to accept any proposal or part of a proposal which in its judgment will be in the best interest of the program and/or agency.
