The construction of a 1,800sqft metal warehouse. Engineering and Design of 1800 sq. ft. Metal Building and Slab Building to be 16’, tall with (3) 8' long manual vents at ridge. To include (2) 14x14 automatic overhead door and (2) Man doors Demo asphalt for utility trench and building slab. Place approx. 100' run for underground plumbing and electrical Backfill and patch back of utility trench with asphalt/concrete. Place 8" slab for 1800 sq. ft. metal structure. Plumbing required for (2) hose bibs and (1) eyewash station. Two fire extinguishers one near each man door. Building Electric 100-amp single phase 120/208volt underground electric feed.100-amp single phase 120/208 volt panel at new building. LED interior high bay light fixtures. 20 amp electrical outlet every 15’. Power to roll up doors. LED exit sign above each man door. LED exterior lighting above each man door.
