Description

Architectural/urban planning firms to provide services for redevelopment project on an as-needed basis. Competitive qualification process, to qualify and select up to three (3) experienced firms for the Professional Architectural / Urban Planning Services for Redevelopment Projects, based upon the ranking of the firm’s qualifications by the Procurement Division or appointed selection committee members. The term of the contract will be for three (3) years. A contract may be renewed for up to two (2) additional years upon mutual agreement of the CRA and the consultant.
