EPTF Building Maintenance

The work under this contract will be performed at the facility located at Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Transportation ("Department"), Eastern Pennsylvania Training Facility, Fort Indiantown Gap, Rt. 443, Box 7042, Grantville, PA 17028. The contract shall have an initial term of one (1) one-year and four (4) one-year renewals.

Division 01 -	General Requirements.
Division 03 -	Concrete, Cast-in-Place Concrete.
Division 06 -	Wood, Plastics, and Composites, Rough Carpentry.
Division 07 -	Thermal and Moisture Protection, Dampproofing and Waterproofing.
Division 10 -	Specialties, Signage, Protective Covers, Transportation Stop Shelters.
Division 12 -	Furnishings, Multiple Seating, Pews and Benches, Benches.
Division 26 -	Electrical, Lighting.
Division 31 -	Earthwork.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Bases, Ballasts, and Paving, Curbs, Gutters, Sidewalks, and Driveways, Sidewalks.
Division 33 -	Utilities, Storm Drainage Utilities.
