Renovations to Melrose Elementary School, Sun Valley Elementary School, and Silver Strings Early Learning Center

HVAC renovations including replacement of rooftop HVAC equipment. a. Selective demolition and reconstruction of interior building construction including floors, walls, ceilings, and roof. b. New aluminum-framed storefront entrances and windows. c. Disconnection of plumbing, HVAC, and electrical systems from equipment to be either replaced or relocated. d. Protection of existing construction and equipment to remain. e. Provision of new interior construction including metal-framed gypsum board partition walls, new doors, new suspended acoustical panel ceilings where indicated, and room finishes. f. Plumbing, HVAC, and Electrical modifications and improvements required for the new air handling equipment. g. New electrical power distribution panels, circuits, and Overcurrent protection. h. Total clean-up of all areas affected by the work of this project.
