| Description | Provide all necessary labor, materials, tools and equipment to perform Janitorial Services at the National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona. All work shall be performed in accordance with the Description/Specifications/Statement of Work, contained within this requirement. The National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona (NMCA) will provide all cleaning supplies, trash bags, paper towers, toilet tissue, hand-soap, air freshener, toilet-bowl sanitizer, and urinal cakes. Janitorial Services: (Administration Building, Public Information Center (PIC), Foremen (2) Offices, Visitor Restrooms ((include Federal Holidays and four (4) cleanings 3-hours apart on Memorial Day)), Field Employee Breakroom and Field Employee Restrooms, Training Room and Training Room Restroom, Monday through Friday except for Federal Holidays. See Holiday Schedule Below. Administration Building: Vacuum all carpeted areas. Mop all floor areas. Empty trash receptacles-change trash receptacle liner when soiled. Clean Breakroom and Restrooms (Male/Female) sinks. Replace hand-towels in dispensers when empty in Breakroom, and Restrooms (Male/Female). Replace Disposable Toilet Seat Covers when empty in Restrooms (Male/Female). Replace Toilet Paper to last until next janitorial service in Restrooms (Male/Female). Replace toilet sanitizers in Restrooms: Male-Urinal and toilet. Female-Toilet. Wipe down stall walls, tile walls, and mirrors in Restrooms (Male/Female). Dust all surface areas. Remove and replace Shredder bag as needed. Full Shredder bags will be placed in the Recycle Dumpster near the Maintenance Area. Public Information Center: Spot-clean fingerprints from the doors (4 total) and all windows interior and exterior. Wipe down furniture to remove dust. Dust (clean) glass-top coffee-table to remove fingerprints and smudges. Empty Trash from receptacle and replace trash liners when visibly soiled. Mop floor daily. Vacuum carpet daily. Wipe down (clean) KIOSK Computer screen and area. Broom (remove cob webs and debris) from ceiling light in the breezeway between the Visitor Restrooms. Wipe down (clean) the drinking fountain and metal backsplash between the Visitor Restrooms. Foremen (2) Offices: Sweep and mop all floor areas. Empty trash receptacles-change receptacle liner when soiled. Dust all surface areas. Visitor Restrooms (Male/Female): Remove debris and cobwebs from door jams, mop all floor areas to include under and behind the sinks, Urinal and toilets. Empty trash receptacles-change trash receptacle liner when soiled. Clean Restrooms (Male/Female) sinks. Replace Disposable Toilet Seat Covers when empty in Restrooms (Male/Female). Replace Toilet Paper to last until next janitorial service in Restrooms (Male/Female). Replace toilet sanitizers in Restrooms: Male-Urinal and toilets. Female-Toilets. Wipe down stall walls, tile walls and mirrors in Restrooms (Male/Female). Dust all surface areas in Restrooms (Male/Female). Clean the Urinal Stall walls and Urinal back splash-wall (Male Restroom), Stall walls and back splash walls and all Restroom walls to remove all excrement and urine and any other visible stains or debris in Restrooms (Male/Female). Broom (remove cobwebs and debris) from sky-lights in Restrooms (two each in Male/Female Restrooms.) Field Employee Breakroom and Field Employee Restrooms: Mop all floor areas. Empty trash receptacles-change receptacle liners when soiled. Clean Breakroom and Restrooms (Male/Female) sinks. Replace hand-towels in dispensers when empty in Breakroom, and Restrooms (Male/Female). Replace Disposable Toilet Seat Covers when empty in Restrooms (Male/Female). Replace Toilet Paper to last until next janitorial service in Restrooms (Male/Female). Replace toilet sanitizers in Restrooms: Male-Urinal and toilet. Female-Toilet. Wipe down stall walls, tile walls and mirrors in Restrooms (Male/Female). Dust all surface areas. Training Room and Training Room Restroom: Mop all floor areas. Empty trash receptacles-change trash can liner when soiled. Clean Breakroom and Restrooms (Male/Female) sinks. Replace hand-towels in dispenser when empty in Restroom. Replace Toilet-Protectors when empty in Restroom. Replace Toilet Paper to last until next janitorial service in Restroom. Replace toilet sanitizer in Restroom Toilet.
