Description

The reconstruction of Ivanhoe Boulevard from Dartmouth Street to Harrison Avenue, University Drive from Ivanhoe Boulevard to approximately 800 feet north, Harrison Avenue from Ivanhoe Boulevard to approximately 600 feet north, West Yale Road from University Drive to approximately 550 feet east, and Elizabeth Avenue from West Yale Road to approximately 200 feet north. The storm sewer improvements consist 18-inch to 72-inch reinforced concrete pipes, manholes, inlets, and a second-generation baffle box to reduce phosphorus and nitrogen loadings to Lake Ivanhoe. The reconstruction of the existing residential streets within the project area will be asphalt/brick pavement replacement. The project also includes replacements of existing sanitary sewer and laterals, and Orlando Utilities Commission (OUC) water mains
