Bonifay Armory ESP Renovation

Renovation of approximately 170,000 sf or 3.90 acres of the existing Bonifay National Guard Armory located at 308 w. North Avenue, Bonifay, Florida 32425. Civil site work including site demolition, grading, drainage conveyance systems, holding ponds, utility services (water and sanitary sewer, fire main) including connections to public systems. Maintain existing utilities (water & sanitary sewer) in service to Building # 1. All other buildings shall receive new services under the base bid as designed. Also included is asphaltic concrete paving, concrete paving, gutters and downspouts on the existing covered vehicle parking, and other miscellaneous items as shown on the drawings. It also includes chain link fencing and gates swing and rolling, permanent and temporary and restoration of disturbed areas, and the south gate access control work (electrical) and the control system hardware software and appurtenances. The existing mechanical courtyard and aluminum canopy system shall remain in place under the base bid.
