Blossom Hill Road And Leigh Avenue Sanitary Sewer Improvement - City Of San Jose

Site work for a water / sewer project in San Jose, California. Design plans call for site work for a water / sewer project. This project will install approximately 1,900 linear feet of new 10-inch diameter sanitary sewer along Blossom Hill Road and Leigh Avenue and upsize approximately 4,300 linear feet of 8-inch to 12-inch diameter sanitary sewer along Leigh Avenue to reroute sewage flow to another system. Project is included in the City of San Jose's FY 2023-2027 Budget CIP. Per the owner, as of July 12, 2022, the design for this project is being done in-house and is scheduled to be completed in October 2022. Project is in 17% design. The owner states that they do not have a general contractor on board yet. Construction is anticipated to begin on April 3, 2023 and be completed by February 5, 2024. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP).
