Extras included. 3. 30-Delta or equivalent brand Tub and Shower set - 1.75GPM (chrome) 2 sets extra 4. 30-Delta or equivalent brand single valve box. 2 extra 5. 30-bathtub double corner shelf insert. 2 extra 6. 30-Pop up stopper and overflow (chrome) 2 extra 7. 30-Safety grab bars 16 with knurled grip. 2 extra 8. Any wall patch work that may be needed. All bidders must have 5 plus years of experience in remodeling and plumbing. Work must be under warranty for at least one year.
