Pikes Peak Center Restrooms ADA Renovation

To provide Pikes Peak Center Restrooms ADA Renovation to meet the requirements identified herein and all attachments to this solicitation. The Pikes Peak Center Restrooms ADA Renovation required at the Pikes Peak Center at 190 S Cascade Ave, Colorado Springs, CO 80903. Contractor shall provide all material, labor, and any professional services required for the following restroom renovation: 1. Studio Bee Restrooms: a. Remove one existing countertop in both the men’s and women’s restrooms in Studio Bee and replace with an ADA Compliant countertop and sink. b. Remove one existing toilet in both the men’s and women’s restrooms in Studio Bee, terminate and seal drain, and replace wall finish to match existing finish and paint colors. c. Remove existing wall partitions in Studio Bee restrooms and replace with new stall partitions in accordance to ADA Standards. Ensure that stall doors have self-closing hinges, as outlined in drawings. d. Remove existing grab bars and relocate in accordance to ADA Standards. Only replace grab bars as needed as outlined in drawings. e. Remove existing urinals in men’s restroom in Studio Bee and replace with one new urinal in accordance to ADA Standards as outlined in design drawings. f. Remove and relocate toilet paper dispensers, toilet seat sanitary cover dispensers, paper towel dispensers and reinstall in accordance to ADA Standards. g. , patch and paint all restroom walls, areas where previous paper towels were located, and install owner supplied new paper towel dispensers to a height of 46 inches AFF. h. Refer to design drawings for additional scope and instructions. 2. Orchestra Level and Mezzanine Level Restrooms. a. Replace restroom stall door locks with latch/leveler locks, reposition coat hooks at less than 48 inches AFF, install loop handles, and self-closing hinges in wheelchair accessible and ambulatory compartment stalls. b. Remove and relocate or add as needed side and rear grab bars to wheelchair accessible and ambulatory compartment stalls. c. Remove baby changing tables from wheelchair accessible compartment stalls and reposition within restroom as outlined in design drawings. d. Remove and relocate toilet paper dispensers, toilet seat sanitary cover dispensers, paper towel dispensers and reinstall in accordance to ADA Standards. e. Repair, patch and paint all restroom walls areas where previous paper towels were located, and install owner supplied new paper towel dispensers to a height of 46 inches AFF. f. Refer to design drawings for additional scope and instructions
