LPS - Lincoln Southwest High School Program Enhancements and Renovations

The Work involves all Construction indicated on the drawings and specifications, included but not limited to the following: scope of work will include interior enhancements and upgrades to the Art and FCS program areas, addition of 3 new family restrooms, and lighting upgrades to the practice gymnasium and other common areas and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents ALL WORK SHALL BE FURNISHED IN STRICT ACCORDANCE WITH THE DRAWINGS AND SPECIFICATIONS PREPARED BY THE OFFICES OF THE ARCHITECTS AND ENGINEERS. BIDS WILL BE RECEIVED ONLY UPON THE PRINTED PROPOSAL FORMS FURNISHED WITH THE SPECIFICATIONS The undersigned, having examined the plans, project manual and related documents, and the site of the proposed work, and being familiar with all of the conditions surrounding the construction of the proposed project, including the availability of labor, hereby proposes to furnish all labor, materials and supplies to do the work in accordance with the Contract Documents and terms and condition described below: Markup percentage for all changes in the work shall not exceed 10%. This shall include all overhead and profit associated with each change. See Section 01 26 00, "Contract Modification Procedures", for administrative and procedural requirements for handling and processing contract modification.
