2018-2019 Sewer System Improvements

1. Approximately 1,370 Linear Feet of 6-inch PVC and HDPE Force Main. 2. Approximately 620 Linear Feet of 8-inch PVC and HDPE Force Main. 3. Approximately 3,930 Linear Feet of 10-inch PVC and HDPE Force Main. 4. Approximately 600 Linear Feet of 12-inch PVC and HDPE Force Main. 5. The partial demolition of an existing Lift Station at Lafayette Avenue, and the construction of a new duplex Lift Station with fiberglass wet well. 6. The partial demolition of an existing Lift Station at Frances Avenue Park, and the installation of new pumps, electrical, and controls. 7. Miscellaneous piping, valves, associated piping appurtenances, connections to existing sewer systems, etc 8. Miscellaneous site work and restoration of asphalt pavement, concrete sidewalk, concrete curbing, etc 9. All work shall be in accordance with the construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents. Location of Work: The Project is located in the City of New Port Richey, Florida, with two main project areas: (1) Lafayette Street, Georgia Avenue, Grand Boulevard, and Frances Avenue, and (2) Avery Road and Astor Drive east of U.S. Highway 19.
