Intermountain CC - Asbestos Abatement/Siding Removal Services

To provide asbestos abatement services and removal of construction materials, as described herein: 1. Contractor shall provide asbestos abatement services and remove and dispose of all siding and weatherproofing asbestos containing materials. 2. Contractor shall remove all layers of waterproofing behind siding, down to the wood structure. 3. Contractor shall identify and follow, all waste handling, transportation, and disposal rules and regulations, as well as all appropriate Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), local, state, and federal, rules and regulations. 4. Contractor shall secure the work site to protect materials, equipment, and prevent unauthorized entry to controlled areas. 5. Contractor shall develop a schedule that allows the structures to remain in operation during the removal process with a minimal amount of limited access. 6. Contractor shall complete all work within three (3) weeks of services commencing. 7. Contractor shall supply their own restroom facilities. 8. CAL FIRE shall provide all power and water sources, on-site. Goal DVBE 3%
