Westfall Building Reconstruction - Monroe County

This project includes phased improvements to various building systems, including MEP, HVAC, masonry and structural, building envelope (windows, doors, walls, and roof), lighting, energy, security, hazardous material abatement, and parking areas. This project may be designed and documented as a green project and as a potential candidate for green bond financing. As of March 9, 2023, this project is currently in the Monroe County's FY 2023-2028 CIP. Information regarding a design firm and the general contractor selection timeline has not been disclosed.
