Description

The final installed A/C system shall have an option for reoccurring maintenance/service for a minimum of 4 years from date of installation. Increase cooling capacity from existing Daikin 10 ton A/C system model number EM120-4VTC-FET, S/N# PJ122456, to a 15 ton cooling capacity. Upgrade shall include but is not limited to installation of new Transition and Thermostat.
