Construction: GEC Cafe Dish Room Remodel

General contractor to perform a remodel of the existing Granite Education Center (GEC) café dish room, including, but not limited to, the following: 1. Removal of existing kitchen equipment, including, but not limited to: rinse tables, disposals, wall racks and shelves, dish washer, stainless steel tables, and threecompartment sink. Equipment indicated to remain shall be removed from work area and protected from damage for re-installation. 2. Removal of applied wall finishes/F.R.P. 3. Modification of specified kitchen equipment. 4. Preparation of floor/slab for installation of new floor finishes. 5. Patching and repair of walls and ceilings from equipment and room modifications. 6. Modification of Mechanical and Plumbing systems. 7. Modification of Lighting and Electrical systems. 8. Installation of new and modified kitchen equipment and stainless steel wall flashings, and re-installation of items indicated to remain.

Division 21 -	Fire Suppression.
Division 22 -	Plumbing.
Division 23 -	Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning (HVAC), Instrumentation and Control for HVAC, HVAC Air Distribution.
Division 26 -	Electrical, Lighting.
