Lift Station No. 3 Replacement Project

The Work of the Contract comprises the replacement of the existing Lift Station #3 in the City of Plantation. The Work set forth within the bid/proposal documents includes the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment, services, coordination and incidentals for demolishing the existing drywell and all equipment, converting the existing wetwell to a manhole, installing a new wetwell, valve vault, new pumps, piping, valves, fittings, and electrical equipment, connection to existing forcemain, new electrical service and transformers to be provided by FPL and all other work shown on the Drawings. Maintenance of all utility services including sanitary service is mandated throughout the construction period. The Work is located at 8990 Gatehouse Road in the City of Plantation in Broward County, and is located in a residential neighborhood
