ADC Capital Renewal and Security Upgrades; Packages (B, C, D, and E) CB-1 Relocation, Security Door Upgrades, and Electronic Security Upgrades

Package B - CB-1 Relocation - East Building Conversion of existing conference room to a temporary office space, demolition of existing office space, and buildout of a new security Control Room. The buildout includes a new restroom, kitchen, server room, and relocation of fire alarm and cell telephone systems. Packages C & D - Security Door System Upgrades — All Buildings: Facility includes both pneumatic and electro-mechanical operated sliding and swing security doors. Project will replace various combinations of doors, locking systems, operating systems, pneumatic tubing in conduit, control wiring and door frames. The East building will replace the entire pneumatic air system with new compressors, a dryer and distribution system (tubing in conduit). The Vehicular Sallyport doors will be replaced. A minimal number of new doors will also be added. Package E - Electronic Security System Upgrades: - All Buildings Upgrade of electronic security systems – replacement of existing and addition of new cameras, video management and recording system, new video storage, new detention door control headend equipment (PLC, relay interface), new control stations (touch screen based), new graphic control panel in the East Building, new call buttons in the East and North buildings (mounted in the cells), video surveillance, replace all intercom stations and intercom and paging head-end equipment. The project will be executed in phases. The new control room will be completed first (Package B). Packages C-E will be scheduled based on the building and availability of area based on movement of inmates in the cell areas.
