The complete project will include the following scope of work: 1. Resurface the pool 2. Replace the pool coping 3. Repair the lights in the pool 4. Repair slab leaks, 5. Repair the cracks in the cement 6. Install new pumps 7. Install roof on pool house (that meet TWIA requirements) 8. Install siding on pool house (that meet TWIA requirements) 9. Paint pool house interior and exterior 10. ADA doors installed 11. Re-wire the pool house.
