ADA Toilet Room Renovation at Norwalk Senior Center

Furnish and install materials required to renovate existing toilet and shower spaces into new toilet and shower rooms, including but not limited to: Removal and legal disposal of existing masonry walls, gypsum drywall, cabinets, shelving, countertops, doors, frames, wall and floor finishes, plumbing fixtures, accessories and associated construction materials. Removal of any electrical and mechanical systems designated to be demolished. Saw cutting and trenching of concrete floors. Installation of new gypsum board walls, doors, frames, finishes, plumbing fixtures, accessories and associated appurtenances. The provision or alteration of new electrical, plumbing, mechanical and fire protection systems to support new construction. Modification of plumbing system. New supply and waste piping in renovated spaces. Modification of existing electrical system. New lighting in renovated spaces and modification of existing lighting in adjacent areas. Modification of existing ventilation system. Modification of existing fire protection system. Removal and disposal of hazardous materials as shown on drawings and listed on Hazardous Materials Report.
