Description General Contractors for the construction of a classroom addition to its existing facility at 320 E Gammon. The addition will be approximately 1,200 square feet and sit on the second floor of the northwest corner of the facility. Franklin Discovery Academy will use proceeds from a recent bond issue for financing the addition costs. The addition will include the following rooms: 2 classrooms (1 approximately 600 square feet, 1 approximately 450 square feet, a bathroom (50 sq feet), low stimulus room (50 sq feet), and storage room (50 square feet). The addition will be built over the existing roof. It is expected that a height difference will require a ramp 10-15 feet long. It is also expected that to facilitate the ramp, an existing classroom door may have to be moved. Bids must be inclusive of all costs. Construction must match the design and quality of the existing building
