Description

Provide daily/weekly grounds maintenance services for miscellaneous building and parking lots for the University of North Carolina Greensboro in full compliance with the specifications of the solicitation. The contract period is September 1, 2021 through August 31, 2024, with two additional one-year options. There shall be no more than seven (7) days between services.
