Fire Hall Roof Replacement Overview: The Town of Erwin in Erwin, TN is accepting bids/RFP on replacing the roof at the Town of Erwin Fire Hall building located at 305 Broad St. Erwin, TN 37650. RFP is for removing old TPO material and replacing it with new TPO material. Jobsite visit required, contact details to set jobsite visit up is in the bid package. All parts, labor, equipment, supplies, and services necessary to install a new roofing system at the Fire Department building. 2. Remove existing TPO roof system. 3. Install approximately 3,200 square feet of TPO Roof System. 4. Flash must be done based off of industry requirements. 5. Start Up and Verify Operations 6. Warranty information 7.
