Description Progressive Design-Build services to design and construct the wastewater conveyance infrastructure for the Mount Holly Pumping Station and Force Main Project (Project). This Project is necessary to transfer wastewater flow from the existing City of Mount Holly Wastewater Treatment Plant (Mt. Holly WWTP) to the existing Long Creek Pumping Station (PS). The Mt. Holly WWTP is owned and operated by the City of Mount Holly (Mt. Holly), but this project will provide the infrastructure to allow the Mt. Holly WWTP to be decommissioned. All wastewater flow will be pumped to the Long Creek PS via force mains under the Catawba River. Respondents will need to assemble a team of experts, including but not limited to, design, survey, geotechnical, environmental, permitting, public communications, construction, start-up, and commissioning, for the execution of this project. The overall budget is $32.3 million, with the Mount Holly component limited to $14.375 million.
