Grading, overlay, rumble strips, guardrail, pavement marking, and signing on the Fromberg - Rockvale project located in Carbon County. This project is located on U.S.-310, N-4, beginning approximately 0.5 miles north of Fromberg at RP 33.8 and extends northerly for 8.6 miles to its end at the south bridge end of the bridge over Rock Creek at RP 42.4. The bridge over Rock Creek is not included with the project. This project is under the jurisdiction of the Billings District Administrator.
