Fueling Services for 2021-2022 School Year

MSD is considering two methods of fueling the school bus fleet: A card lock system with a location within a three-mile radius of 194 W. Laurel Road, Bellingham, WA. The fueling site must accommodate 40-foot buses. The bid should show OPIS prior day plus margin per gal. The average monthly usage is 2,500 gallons ULSD#2."Wet-hose" fueling of bus fleet (13 daily-use and 24 total buses) on-site at 194 West Laurel Road, Bellingham, WA. The fleet is available after 5:30 pm until 6 am and 10 am to 1 pm Mon thru Fri and all weekend. (A portion of the fleet is kept in a locked garage). Once a week fueling is adequate, and a stamped delivery ticket/electronic record for each bus is required. The average monthly usage is 2,500 gallons ULSD#2. The bid should show OPIS prior day plus percentage.MSD also wishes to receive bids on unleaded gasoline, 87, 89, and 92 octanes. This fuel is to be card lock supplied only. Branded gasoline is preferred.Bids should reflect OPIS prices as of 6:00 a.m. on August 13, 2021.
