The project consists of complete floating dock systemas noted on Print. Bids shall be for a single contract to complete the Work required and described in the BiddingDocuments. Thesuccessful Bidder may be required to provide Performance and Payment Bonds in the amount of 100%oftheContract Sum. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all Bids and to waive all informalities in Bids. No Bid may be withdrawn after the Bid deadline for a period of sixty (60) days subsequent to the specified time for receipt of Bids.
