Downtown Raton Infrastructure Project

Construct improvements to 3rd Street from Cook Avenue to Parsons Avenue, Cook Avenue from 3rd Street to 2nd Street, Park Avenue from 3rd Street to 1st Street, Clark Avenue from 3rd Street to 1st Street, and Savage Avenue from 3rd Street to 2nd Street. The Project consists of mobilization; milling concrete pavement and asphalt pavement; remove and patch deteriorating underlaying pavement, as necessary; placement of pavement fabric for crack sealing; adjustment of manholes and water valves; application of tack coat; placement of asphalt overlay; removal and replacement of concrete curb and gutter, concrete sidewalk, concrete drive pad, concrete valley gutter, storm drain inlets, and accessible ramps; and placement of pavement markings. The purpose of the project is to rehabilitate existing streets, storm drain inlets, concrete sidewalk, valley gutter, and curb and gutter to improve the functionality of the area for Raton residents.
