THE BOARD OF EDUCATION OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO invites pre-qualified General Contractors to bid on the project/projects referenced below. Bids must be submitted on the forms issued as part of the Bidding Documents. Bidding Contractors are required to be pre-qualified with the Chicago Public Schools for this project. The form of agreement for the work will be the General Contracting Services Agreement. This contract is subject to all of the terms and conditions of the General Contracting Services Agreement between the Board and General Contractor dated as of January 1, 2017 TYPE OF WORK: Chiller replacement. CONTRACT PERIOD: Contractor to Achieve Preliminary Acceptance By: 08/09/2023 PAYMENT AND PERFORMANCE BOND: 100% of the Base Contract Price One (1) original and two (2) copies of the bid solicitation are to be submitted.
