Description

A. The development program shall generally consist of, but is not limited to, the following elements: 1. Up to five (5) shell and grass overflow parking spaces. 2. Asphalt ADA parking. 3. A single-lane boat ramp launch. 4. Entrance drive. B. The scope includes all related planning, site work, testing, surveying, and design. C. The design and detailing shall meet all applicable codes, including barrier free design. D. Design shall consider life-cycle costs, long-term maintenance, energy conservation, and long-term operational costs.
