Description

Williston Road Lift Station Rehabilitation Project Process: Work generally includes demolition of the existing centrifugal pumps, shafts, motors, and interior process piping and gates. Installations include new dry-pit submersible pumps, valves, flow meters, process piping, wet well slide gates, and appurtenances. Electrical: Work generally includes demolition of existing electrical main motor control center line-ups, controls and instrumentation, standby generators and all appurtenances, miscellaneous lighting fixtures, all branch/feeder conductors, and new conduit in the wet well and dry well areas. Installations generally include a new standby generator and a prefabricated electrical building consisting of; main service, generator breaker, automatic transfer switch, CT Metering Cabinet, motor Control Center (MCC) with lighting panel/transformer, four (4) VFDs, and miscellaneous starters and circuit breakers. Structure Improvements: Work generally includes removing the existing roofing and panel(s) as necessary to remove existing process and electrical equipment, and removal of existing ladders and catwalks in the wet well. Installation includes a new ladders, catwalks, roofing system, and ventilation for the wet and dry well areas.
