Full Depth Reclamation of Parking Lot "C" Keller Sports Park

Providing a full depth reclamation (FDR) of the Keller Sports Park Lot “C” at the Keller Sports Park including existing landscape island removal, tree, roots and root ball removal, providing a full depth reclamation of paving, base and subgrade material to a depth of twelve (12) inches, butt mill at all adjoining tie-ins, mixing with 6% Portland Cement (@ 65 lbs./SY), shape, grading, compaction, removal of top three inches, installing minimum 3 inch PVC sleeve for future irrigation piping, installation of header curb for landscape islands, shape, regrading and compaction of FDR areas obtaining 98% standard proctor density, sealing with prime coat @ 0.25 gallons per square yard and installing 3 inches (2 @ 1-1/2”) PG 70-22 Type D HMA, and installing ADA compliant handicap parking thermoplastic symbols and striping and providing for standard 9’ width by 18’ length parking stall installment with 4” with thermo striping and 12” stop bar striping at parking lot exit within a forty five (45) calendar day timeframe for reaching substantial completion and sixty (60) calendar days for final completion.
