2nd Street Water Main Replacement

The project will include Installation of approximately 2,623 feet of 8-inch diameter PVC water main and services along 2nd Street from 3rd Avenue to 7th Avenue. Included in this quantity is 8-inch diameter PVC water main along 5th Avenue from 2nd Street south towards the corporate limit, and 6th Avenue north to 3rd Street and services along both segments. The project also includes reshaping and surfacing of the above streets and avenues with double seal coat surface and miscellaneous restoration. All questions about the meaning or intent ofthe Bidding Documents are to be submitted to ENGINEER in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by ENGINEER in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda mailed or delivered to all parties recorded by ENGINEER as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than ten days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Only questions answered by Addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect
