Bidding security in the form of a Certified or Cashiers Check or any acceptable bid bond, payable to the North Garland County Regional Water District, in any amount not less than five percent (5%) of the largest possible total for the bid submitted, must accompany each bid as a guarantee that, if awarded the contract, the bidder will promptly enter into a contract and execute such bonds as may be required. Each bidder must deposit with his bid, security in the amount and form subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders. No bid may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids for at least sixty (60) days.
