Description

In general, Work consists of renovations to the Town Hall including an addition to the Office space, a Storage Room addition north of the Town Hall space, removal of select windows and doors, new LED light fixtures and emergency lighting, and new downdraft furnaces for the two additions. Alternates include new asphalt shingles over entire roof, new standing seam metal roof panels over entire roof, new prefinished metal lap siding over entire building, new windows in the existing building, and repainting all interior painted walls.
