North Himalaya Road Improvements 56th Avenue to 64th Avenue

Site work and paving for a road / highway in Denver, Colorado. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway. As of May 9, 2022, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. This Contract provides for the construction of the following: Furnish and install over 150 LF of 8-inch water line with appurtenances, over 2,700 LF of 18-inch to 30-inch storm sewer pipe with appurtenances, and approximately 1 mile of street construction. Bidders must be licensed Contractors in the State of Colorado. Bids will be received providing unit price for items; however, the price given will be on a maximum not-to-exceed amount, as described in the Bidding Documents. The Work is expected to be commenced within thirty (30) days after the Date of Contract. Bid Security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total Bid Price must accompany each Bid in the form specified in the Instructions to Bidders. The Successful Bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond, Labor and Material Payment Bond guaranteeing faithful performance and warranty bond for two-years after Substantial Completion, and the payment of all bills and obligations arising from the performance of the Contract.
