Conestoga High School Expansion Addition and Renovations

This multi-prime project (General Trades, Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) consists of the construction of a two story, approximately 64,000 sq. ft, addition to the existing high school and approximately 33,000 sq. ft of renovations to spaces in the existing high school. The addition is inclusive of, but not limited to, specialized classrooms, science labs, core classrooms, computer lab, offices, conference rooms, a two-story atrium space, restrooms, below grade mechanical tunnel, and building support spaces. Sitework to include but not limited to, a parking lot expansion, sports bus drop off, track and field practice areas, storm-water management system as well as modification to existing accessible parking and building access. The existing high school renovations are inclusive of, but not limited to, renovations of existing spaces to provide core classrooms, science labs, group rooms, family and consumer science spaces, restrooms, fitness rooms, storage spaces, student services, nurses suite, art rooms, and testing centers.
