Description

DCAMM certification Required. D/MBE 4.2% and WD/WBE 4.5% The work consists of constructing a water treatment plant (WTP) to treat groundwater from the existing Well 17A (off of Tack Factory Pond Drive). The WTP will be housed in a pre-engineered metal building. The major equipment will include pressure filters, backwash pumps, finished water pumps, chemical feed equipment, a generator, filtered water storage tank, and spent backwash water tank. The project will include a new access road and stormwater retention basin. The project will also include demolition of the existing chemical feed system in the well house.
