Description | City of Maitland is accepting statements of Qualifications to provide Construction Management at Risk Services (CMAR) for Park Improvements, Utility, Trails and other public projects. The City of Maitland has issued this Request for Qualifications (hereinafter, RFQ ) with the sole purpose and intent of obtaining Qualifications from interested and qualified firms offering to provide these services. Scope of Work: The City of Maitland desires to select a Construction Management At Risk Firm (CMAR) capable of providing construction management services necessary to construct the work associated with the improvements program. The City of Maitland intends to use two (2) separate types of contracts for the CM services: Pre-Construction Phase and Construction Phases. A separate contract will be developed and executed for each construction phase or project. The City of Maitland is budgeted and/or planning to construct park improvements, potable water, sanitary sewer, lift station, bike trail, sidewalks, building renovations and other public projects (Improvements Program) throughout the city limits, as budgeted in the city s approved Capital Improvements Program and annual operating budgets.
