Auburn Hills, Michigan United States 48326 Bid Intent Not Available Question Acceptance Deadline 08/11/2022 05:00 PM EDT Questions are submitted online No The City of Auburn Hills (City) is requesting written qualifications from interested and qualified Consultants to provide professional architectural and engineering services for an addition/extension to the Primary Street Parking Structure in Downtown Auburn Hills. The successful Consultant will demonstrate proficiency and experience in parking structure design, adherence to all applicable building codes and local ordinances, local and agency permitting, preparation of construction plans and bid package, and construction administration. In 2009, the City worked with HyettPalma, to develop an economic enhancement strategy for its new Downtown. In the years since, the City has methodically worked to implement that plan. Today, Downtown Auburn Hills is currently experiencing significant growth and development. The continued development has caused the City to look at opportunities to increase the public parking supply within the Downtown area.
