The successful Consultant will demonstrate proficiency and experience in parking structure design, adherence to all applicable building codes and local ordinances, local and agency permitting, preparation of construction plans and bid package, and construction administration. In 2009, the City worked with HyettPalma, to develop an economic enhancement strategy for its new Downtown. In the years since, the City has methodically worked to implement that plan. Today, Downtown Auburn Hills is currently experiencing significant growth and development.
