This Price Agreement shall not exceed three (3) years. Per NMSA 1978 13-1-154.1, the cap of three million dollars ($3,000,000), including all renewals, is effective for the totality of this agreement. A One million ($1,000,000) dollar cap is effective for each Contractor Purchase Orders within the Price Agreement.
