Description

The project scope includes the construction of a 5-story, 429 bed facility. The project includes approximately 155,200 sf and consists of 1, 2 & 4-Bedroom suites with kitchenettes and bathrooms. There shall also be various offices, gaming rooms, multipurpose, vending, laundry, etc. The project budget of $58 million includes design, construction, equipment, furniture, commissioning, special inspections, contingencies, and all other related costs. The project is located on the main campus at the intersection of Bluford Street and Stewart Street.
